Why you?

Why this?
The great prophet Elijah wasn’t hearing from God either, even though people were trying to kill him! Then God taught the prophet to hear His soft whisper—and Elijah got all the miracles and answers he needed, and more. If God did this for Elijah, He’ll do it for you too.
Why now?
Because God is waiting for you to turn and listen, because asking isn’t the same thing as listening to God’s reply. Elijah asked his question in panic and fear. Of course He couldn’t hear God’s answer. So God spoke in a way that Elijah could only hear if he got very, very quiet.
In The Elijah Prayer, we’ll do this together. Listening to the Holy Spirit and the Word, I’ll guide you to ask your questions, the ones you’re not getting answers to. Then I’ll help you to hear His holy whisper and relax into His Presence. The Holy Spirit will soften your heart and sharpen your mind to hear Him.
Once you do, you’ll know your next step. And you’ll know how to seek and hear Him for the rest of your life.

I’m Dr. Christine (Chris) Taylor. I have my M.A. in Biblical Studies and my D.Min. in Christian Spiritual Growth, and I practice and teach other Christians to hear the voice of the Holy Spirit.
